ORDERING:Goods can be purchased using either Paypal or your Debit/Credit Cards.

SHIPPING: Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process.  Next day delivery can be arranged upon request.  Please contact us if you have any queries about shipping. 

DELIVERY:Delivery at the moment can take up to7/14 working days from when your order is received. If we are out of stock of any items we shall contact you regarding this to arrange an alternative.

REFUNDS:The EU Distance Selling Directive highlights your right to return goods that are unsuitable. We are happy to exchange or refund such goods within 14 days under the following conditions: 1. Goods Items are in unworn and unused condition. 2. Goods have original tags still attached. 3. Only the original costs of the goods shall be refunded.4. Customers will be liable for postage costs on unwanted goods.

OUT OF STOCK:If an item is out of stock that you would like to purchase, please contact us.  

SIZES: All sizes are in either UK,European or USA format. Therefore they vary depending on manufacturers and materials from which they are made.  Please see size comparison chart.
